Are the stones cold in winter?
Are the trees crying when they loose their leaves?
Is the sky sad when dark clouds are covering its blue satin skin?

I think winter is just the useful little death which makes every year springtime brighter and warmer... And we will sing again, fly again, and drink again the wine of our everlasting youth hopes...

This is the old vineyard besides mine, Causse de Lautrec, Bédarieux, Southern France, with its winter nudity...

A classic Michel landscape =D
Interesting how extremely low to the ground this is, and the sky becomes a soft blur. The neutrality of the tones contributes to a sort of unwelcoming feeling - like it's cold and barren out there. Nicely composed landscape =)
